Seagrape Hotel -
Constrtuction renovation of three (3) villas and office building at Meads Bay, Anguilla after Hurrican Lenny.
CapJuluca Hotel -
Construction renovation after Hurrican Lenny awarded maintenance contract for six (6) consecutive years to perform daily hotel maintenance.
U.A. Ltd. Cocoloba Hotel - Phase 3 construction. Included the completion of 28 rooms, extension of restaurant, one office, and the roadways. This project was completed in six (6) months.
Cuisinart Resort Hotel -
General Contractor for this hotel construction. This construcion phase included excavation of main building, utility building, cisterns, and all sump pits, steel re-enforcement, construcition of basement, eleveator shafts, gate house, reflection pools, guest pools, the concreting of all building to floor level. Time of completion was seven (7) months.
Casablanca Hotel -
Construction repair to this property after partial destruction resulting from Hurrican Luis. Project competion time 120 days.
LaSirena Hotel and Resort -
General Contractor for this hotel. Construction of twenty-one (21) rooms, lobby, restaurants, and swimming pool. Construction time: fourteen (14) months.
Ku Hotel Shoal Bay Resort -
Construction renovations of kitchens, beach bar, villas, hotel lobby/front desk reception area, and convenience store.
Maho Reef Resort -
Supervised Construction renovations after Hurricane Lenny.

The West Experience -
Provided layout for the four (4) tow-story buildings of this commercial office park. Provided the construction of one (1) of the four buildings.
ABC Supply Warehouse -
Construction of the largest building supply warehouse on the island of Anguilla. This building is 18,000 sq. ft. on two (2) stories. Construciton included ground excavation, installing elevator shaft, steel frame, concrete building, and construction of 4,000 s. ft. storage building in rear.
Turtle Nest Condominiums -
Constructed this four (4) story sixteen (16) unit condo located at Mead's Bay, Anguilla beach front construction.
Law Offices of Keithley Lake, The Quarter -
Constructed this 2-story office building which houses law offices.
